The Strong Interest Explorer (SIE), which is developed bu Judy Chartrand, is used to help teenagers to know about their interest to define a career direction, to select classes activity, or to choose a major or a technical program. SIE also helps the communication between parents and their children, it helps the children to open up on how they can achieve their dreams.
